**Your Mission: Critical Care at the Heart of the Community**

In this role, you will provide essential, high-quality nursing care to our critically ill patients. You’ll be the steady, skilled advocate at the bedside, utilizing the full nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. We trust you to bring your specialized training and skill to ensure the safety, comfort, and treatment of patients according to the highest professional standards. You’ll also play a key role in our continuous improvement by participating in our Quality Improvement and Service Excellence programs.

**A Day in Your Life Will Involve:**
* Delivering professional nursing care under the general supervision of the Charge Nurse.
* Serving as a dedicated patient advocate within our healthcare system.
* Performing complex patient care that requires your specialized ICU training.
* Collaborating with a supportive team in our not-for-profit, 120-bed acute care facility.

**What You Bring to the Team**

* A graduate of a school of professional nursing (BSN is preferred).
* At least 1-2 years of relevant RN experience in an ICU/Critical Care setting.
* Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Texas, or immediate eligibility.
* Basic Life Support certification (required within 30 days of hire).
* Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification (required within 90 days of hire).
* A passion for community-focused care and a desire to see the direct impact of your work.

**The Details & Rewards**

This is a full-time position working 72 hours per pay period. We have two openings: one for day shift (7am-7:30pm) and one for night shift (7pm-7:30am).

We value your experience and commitment. The compensation range is **$38/hr to $48/hr**, based on your background, plus:
* A **$4.50/hr night shift differential**.
