**The Role: Pharmacy Manager (PIC) – Home Infusion**

- Managing pharmacy operations in full compliance with NC Board of Pharmacy standards, USP <797>, and organizational policies
- Overseeing physical pharmacy maintenance, inventory, and sterile compounding quality
- Interviewing, orienting, and evaluating staff across pharmacy, clerical, and sales departments
- Acting as the bridge between ownership and your team—resolving questions, solving problems, and keeping communication clear
- Reviewing patient charts, lab results, and product/device selection for acceptance and supply management
- Driving performance improvement: setting expectations, assessing outcomes, and assigning staff to improvement initiatives
- Strategic planning to increase revenue and continuously elevate the quality of care

**What You Bring**
You’re a licensed pharmacist (B.S. or PharmD) in good standing with the NC Board of Pharmacy, with at least one year of experience under your belt. More importantly, you bring:

- Strong interactive skills—you can talk to employees, referral sources, physicians, and patients with equal ease
- Excellent written and verbal customer service chops, plus advanced computer skills
- A solid business and financial understanding of what it takes to run a profitable operation
- Preferred: Three years of clinical experience, management of pharmacy support personnel, and at least one year in infusion therapy and sterile compounding
- Preferred: Sterile compounding training
