- Handle the full range of individual, fiduciary, estate, and gift taxation, with a strong working knowledge of trusts, estates, charitable entities, and hedge fund K-1 treatment
- Occasionally travel locally to client sites (think 10–15% of your time)
**What You Bring**
You’re not just a technician—you’re a leader who thrives on solving complex problems for high-profile clients. You bring:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent
- 8+ years of tax compliance experience, with a specialization in individual, fiduciary, estate, and gift taxation
- Recent public accounting experience (this is non-negotiable)
- A CPA or IRS Enrolled Agent credential
- A track record of supervising staff, reviewing work, and holding yourself and others accountable for growth
- The ability to communicate complex tax concepts in plain language—and the confidence to pick up the phone and call a client directly
**Why This Role?**
You’ll join a firm that’s one of the largest and fastest-growing in the industry, with a culture that’s earned top “Places to Work” awards. You’ll have the autonomy to shape your day, the support of a collaborative team, and the compensation to match your impact.
