**The Role**
As our Channel Account Manager, you’ll be the face of the company in the Midwest—developing strategies that drive sales with key dealer partners and end users. You’ll sit at the table with CEOs, CIOs, and CFOs, presenting not just products, but solutions that transform how they work.

You will:
- Manage dealer sales channel accounts across your territory, from marketing program implementation to ongoing education and support
- Conduct high-level introductory sales calls and develop proposals that win bids
- Coordinate product launches and software updates with your dealer network
- Bring technical depth to every conversation—analyzing workflows and recommending hardware and software that actually solve problems
- Own event and tradeshow coordination that puts our brand in front of the right people
- Apply company policies to resolve issues, but more importantly, build relationships that prevent them

**What You Bring**
You have 3–5 years of related experience, with a bachelor’s degree required. Your background includes copier sales and the A3 market—you know the dealer channel inside and out. B2B retail sales, face-to-face customer work, and experience with a copier dealer or manufacturer are strong pluses.

Certifications matter here: CompTIA CDIA+ and Network+ are expected. You’ve also completed sales certifications in six core Skill-Soft areas: Professional Selling in the Knowledge Economy, Field Sales, Territorial Account Sales, Sales Manufacturing (Opportunity Development), Strategic Account Sales, and Sales Communication Techniques.

**The Fine Print**
- **Compensation:** $70,000–$90,000 base salary, plus commission under a 65/35 split plan (total potential up to $104,000)
- **Location:** Remote, but you must live in the Midwest and be willing to travel 75% or more across the region
