**Your Role: Physician Medical Director**

As the Medical Director, you will provide both clinical leadership and exceptional hands-on care. You will build lasting patient relationships while guiding a collaborative team dedicated to comprehensive wellness. Your work will balance the management of complex infectious diseases with broad-spectrum primary care, ensuring a dynamic and impactful practice.

**What You Will Do**

* Provide compassionate, high-quality primary and infectious disease care for a diverse patient panel, managing chronic conditions (like hypertension, diabetes, and COPD) and acute issues (including HIV, STIs, respiratory illnesses, and infections).
* Lead by example, overseeing patient scheduling and clinic flow to meet productivity standards while ensuring an outstanding patient experience.
* Collaborate seamlessly with front desk staff, care coordinators, and nursing teams to manage care efficiently and address urgent needs.
* Maintain meticulous and timely documentation, completing visit notes the same day or within 72 hours with accurate E&M coding.
* You will see an average of 14-18 patients in an 8-hour shift, a pace that allows for thorough, meaningful care.

**What You Bring**

* An M.D. or D.O. with a current, active Florida medical license, valid DEA & Furnishing licenses.
* Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Practice, with 2+ years of experience as an Infectious Disease Physician in an outpatient setting.
* A commitment to obtaining AAHIVM Certification within 18 months of hire.
* Current CPR/BLS certification.
* A patient-centered approach and the ability to thrive in a team-based environment.

* **Total Annual Compensation: $314,000 - $464,000.** This includes a strong base salary ($290,000 - $320,000) plus productivity bonuses, a sign-on bonus, quarterly incentives, and a retention bonus.
