**Location:** Akron, Ohio
**Compensation:** $100,000 – $152,000 per year

**What You’ll Do**
You will own the full sales cycle for large, bundled energy solutions with guaranteed savings. That means you’ll:

- Sell performance-based energy solutions to building owners and executive stakeholders—think C-level conversations, not gatekeeper pitches.
- Develop and manage long-term relationships with key and target accounts, positioning renewable service agreements and guaranteed savings programs as the foundation of every partnership.
- Execute a structured solution sales process to identify, qualify, and close new opportunities, then expand account penetration by layering in additional offerings.
- Lead account strategy, pulling in the right internal resources from engineering, construction, financial, legal, and technical teams to deliver seamless outcomes.
- Prepare, present, and negotiate proposals and financial agreements—handling objections, negotiating value, and closing major deals.
- Use CRM and sales tools to track pipeline activity, document progress, and manage opportunity milestones.
- Serve as the primary customer advocate, ensuring expectations are met from proposal through final project inspection and satisfaction.
- Contribute to regional sales and marketing strategies, attend industry trade shows, and present at professional organizations.
