**Your Mission**
As Operations Manager, you’ll lead and optimize every manufacturing and operational function in our Cranberry Twp facility. That means overseeing the full journey of a product—from receiving raw materials and material handling, through machining, CNC operations, maintenance, assembly, and testing, all the way to finishing (sandblasting/painting) and shipping. You’ll also manage the Purchasing and Planning departments, ensuring materials flow seamlessly and inventory stays lean and accurate.

**What You’ll Do Day-to-Day**
- **Lead from the front.** Run Visual Daily Management meetings, update PDCA boards, and set clear expectations for safety, quality, delivery, and cost. You’ll make sure every team member knows the daily priorities and is held accountable for hitting them.
- **Drive continuous improvement.** Implement lean manufacturing and operational excellence initiatives—think root cause analysis, waste reduction, and data-driven decision-making. You’ll re-implement daily operational meetings in every functional area to keep everyone aligned.
- **Own the supply chain.** Align purchasing and production planning with demand forecasts and capacity. Reduce slow-moving, excess, and obsolete inventory. Drive supplier performance and lead-time reduction. And yes, you’ll lead the annual physical inventory count—an all-hands event that’s part logistics, part team building.
- **Champion compliance.** Ensure all operations meet ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards, following documented procedures and work instructions to the letter.
- **Scale for growth.** Partner with cross-functional teams to implement and sustain a second shift, supporting the company’s expansion without missing a beat.

**What You Bring**
- 4+ years of operations management experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Proven ability to lead end-to-end operations—from receiving to shipping—and manage CNC, machining, assembly, and finishing processes.
- Strong background in lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and daily management systems (think PDCA, visual boards, and daily stand-ups).
- Experience managing purchasing and planning functions, with a focus on inventory accuracy and cost control.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards.
