**Your Mission**
You’ll join a tight-knit team of engineers, R&D experts, and operations leaders in Aurora, Illinois. Your immediate focus: expanding the existing pilot facility. That means you’ll own the project schedule and budget, coordinate with vendors and outside EPC firms, and roll up your sleeves on the technical side—designing fixed and rotating equipment, laying out plot plans, and figuring out structural supports and mechanical/piping interconnections. You’re not just managing a Gantt chart; you’re helping decide where every pipe, pump, and beam goes.

**What You’ll Do**
- Drive the build-out of a larger pilot operation on the current site, from concept through commissioning
- Manage project cost, timeline, and vendor relationships with a sense of urgency
- Contribute technically to equipment selection, layout, and mechanical/piping design
- Collaborate closely with engineering, R&D, and operations to keep everything aligned
- Prepare for the next big leap: a first-of-its-kind commercial-scale facility, where you’ll play a key role in a major capital project

**What You Bring**
- 8+ years of project execution experience, ideally in process or industrial environments
- A track record of managing complex projects from start to finish—on budget and on schedule
- Hands-on familiarity with fixed and rotating equipment, plot planning, and mechanical/piping systems
- Comfort working with EPC firms and external vendors as a collaborative partner
- The ability to be an individual contributor today, with the vision to build and lead a team as we scale
