Your core mission involves:
* Owning the development and optimization of manufacturing processes, including extrusion, injection molding, assembly, and packaging.
* Conducting process validation to guarantee consistent product quality and adherence to strict standards.
* Partnering with product design and management teams to enhance product manufacturability from the earliest stages.
* Leading continuous improvement and cost-reduction projects to minimize waste and defects.
* Collaborating on the design of tooling, equipment, and fixtures—like molds and dies—to meet precise specifications.
* Developing critical documentation, including work instructions and preventive maintenance schedules, and helping train our production teams.
* Implementing robust quality control procedures and working with QA to swiftly resolve any production deviations.

You bring a foundation of 1+ years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environment and a passion for precision. Your skills include excellent verbal and written communication, and a proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage projects effectively. A strong understanding of manufacturing processes, materials, and quality control principles is essential.
