**The Role**
As our HR Benefits Analyst, you’ll own the full lifecycle of total rewards—from plan design and vendor negotiations to compliance and employee education. You’ll be the go-to expert for everything benefits and retirement, partnering with leadership to build programs that truly support our people.

**You Will:**
- Lead and manage all employee benefits programs—medical (self-funded experience is a big plus), dental, vision, life, disability, and wellness offerings
- Serve as the strategic voice on benefits design, cost management, and plan optimization
- Own the annual open enrollment process from start to finish: renewals, vendor negotiations, and employee-facing presentations that actually make sense
- Administer the company’s 401(k) plan and act as the primary contact for vendors and advisors
- Lead benefits and retirement-related audits—preparation, coordination, and response management are all in your hands
- Develop clear, human communications for employees and leadership (no jargon, just real talk)
- Ensure compliance with ERISA, HIPAA, ACA, FLSA, COBRA, and FMLA
- Evaluate and manage relationships with brokers, consultants, and third-party vendors—you set the bar for partnership

**You Bring:**
- A bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with deep expertise in benefits and total rewards
- Strong familiarity with self-funded benefit plans
- Proven experience leading benefits and/or retirement plan audits
- The ability to present confidently to employee groups and leadership audiences
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS platforms
- A high level of discretion when handling confidential information
