You will be the creative engine behind the materials that define this firm’s brand and secure its future. As a key member of a tight-knit marketing team, you’ll craft the narratives that showcase groundbreaking projects, turning complex designs into engaging qualifications and award submissions. This hybrid role is perfect for a detail-oriented strategist who loves a fast-paced environment and wants to see their work directly impact a firm’s growth and reputation. The compensation range for this position is $70,000 - $90,000 per year.

**You will:**

* Be the master of the pitch, creating compelling presentations, proposals, and award submissions from start to finish using Adobe InDesign.
* Develop a wide range of impactful marketing collateral that elevates the firm's brand.
* Partner directly with project teams to develop persuasive proposal narratives and define scopes of work.
* Maintain the integrity of the firm's image by updating marketing materials and managing the project database.

**You bring:**

* A BA/BS in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
* At least 4 years of marketing experience, with a strong preference for background in architecture, interior design, or the broader A/E/C industry.
* Proven expertise in producing marketing materials with the Adobe Creative Suite, with non-negotiable proficiency in InDesign, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
* Intermediate to advanced graphic design skills—your eye for layout is as sharp as your way with words.

**Your success here requires:**

* Excellent knowledge of marketing fundamentals tailored to the design industry and a comprehensive understanding of how firms in this space operate and win work.
* The ability to grasp A/E/C terminology and project delivery methods to communicate effectively with technical teams.
* A self-starting, highly organized mindset with superb time management. You can juggle multiple deadlines with grace and precision, stepping up with occasional overtime when a big pitch is on the line.
