**Your Mission**

As our Technical Sales Manager for Switches, you will be the driving force behind regional growth and strategy. You’ll partner with our global product management and Americas sales teams to identify where we play and win. Your deep understanding of customer challenges will directly influence what we build next, turning market insight into a tangible global product roadmap. This role is a unique blend of strategic vision and hands-on business development, perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of engineering and commerce.

**What You Will Do**

You will develop and execute the regional sales and marketing strategy to hit ambitious revenue and profitability targets for the Switches portfolio. A core part of your role is building profound relationships with strategic OEM customers. You’ll document their needs in our CRM, conduct targeted market research, and engage directly to uncover opportunities for new business, cross-selling, and introducing advanced technologies.

You’ll be the vital link between the customer and our global engineering teams, gathering Voice-of-Customer insights and competitive intelligence to shape product requirements, pricing, and positioning. You will also empower our sales force by creating training, tools, and marketing materials to boost engagement and project wins.

Your focus will be on penetrating key verticals, including:
* Food & Beverage
* Semiconductor
* Plastics & Rubber
* HVAC

From supporting New Product Introduction (NPI) launches to preparing management reports on pipeline and performance, you’ll have a direct hand in steering the product line’s success.

**You Bring**

* A proven track record in technical sales, business development, or product management within industrial automation, preferably with electromechanical or sensing components.
* Deep experience selling to or working with OEMs in manufacturing industries.
* The ability to translate complex technical features into compelling customer value propositions.
* Strong analytical skills for market research, competitive analysis, and financial performance.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging both workshop engineers and C-s
