**Your Mission**
As our Sales Representative in El Paso, you will be the vital link between our advanced product capabilities and our customers' needs. You’ll determine demand, identify new opportunities, and develop pricing strategies that maximize both market share and customer satisfaction. **What You’ll Do**
Your days will be dynamic, blending relationship-building with strategic thinking. Key responsibilities include:
* Engaging with regular and prospective customers to demonstrate products, explain features, and solicit orders, followed by diligent follow-up.
* Answering customer questions on products, prices, and availability, and recommending solutions based on their specific needs.
* Preparing and presenting custom estimates, bids, and drawings, often collaborating with our design team to provide samples.
* Consulting with clients post-sale to resolve issues, provide ongoing support, and solidify trusted partnerships.
* Monitoring market conditions, product innovations, and competitor activity to keep us ahead.
* Performing essential administrative duties, such as preparing sales reports and maintaining accurate records.
**You Bring...**
* A proven track record with **2+ years of experience in a sales role**; experience in packaging, paper, or a related industrial field is a significant plus.
* A four-year college degree in business (with an emphasis in Packaging) or equivalent hands-on industry experience.
* Solid knowledge of selling principles, customer service technology, and the trends shaping our industry.
* Strong skills in making presentations, writing proposals, managing time, and working collaboratively with supporting departments.
* The ability to self-manage, problem-solve under pressure, and travel extensively within your territory. Productivity outside a conventional office setting is key.
