If you enjoy untangling complexity, keeping projects on track, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks—this role in Boulder, Colorado, is your next move.

**What You’ll Do**
You’ll be the connective tissue between cross-functional teams—from quick-turn R&D prototypes to production runs of thousands of units. You’ll own the flow of materials and information, ensuring technical excellence, fiscal responsibility, and customer satisfaction are never compromised.

- Prepare, issue, and control purchase requisitions, coordinating material requirements to keep production moving without interruption.

- Advise leadership on work-in-progress status, material availability, and potential bottlenecks, ensuring personnel, equipment, and services are ready when needed.
- Confirm material supply and demand, then prepare purchase requests based on production schedules, shop load, and inventory needs.
- Coordinate with product assurance, manufacturing, purchasing, engineering, and inventory control to schedule and expedite part movement.
- Work hand-in-hand with Quality and suppliers to process non-conforming material—handling RMAs, inventory adjustments, and shipping paperwork.
- Collaborate across teams to make sure project goals and deliverables meet our quality standards.
- Identify, track, manage, and help resolve project issues before they become problems.
- Maintain a deep understanding of each project’s contractual, technical, and quality documentation.
- Support proposal and pricing efforts with accurate data and insight.
- Manage material logistics and vendor relationships, supporting the full purchasing lifecycle with Accounting, Receiving, and Program Management.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives—because good is never good enough.

**What You Bring**
You’re a natural communicator and organizer who can juggle multiple priorities without losing your cool. You understand that a production planner isn’t just about spreadsheets—it’s about people, timing, and trust.
