You’ll join a powerhouse antitrust practice that defends Fortune 500 companies in high-stakes civil conduct investigations, clears (or challenges) massive mergers and acquisitions, and litigates Section 1, Section 2, and Section 7 cases across federal courts nationwide. **What You’ll Do**
You’ll be at the center of the action, representing clients in DOJ, FTC, FCC, and state attorney general investigations—both civil and criminal. Your days will blend rigorous analysis with courtroom-ready advocacy:

- **Handle complex investigations**—civil conduct, merger, and joint venture analysis—from initial inquiry through clearance or challenge.
- **Draft and argue substantive motions and briefs** that shape precedent in antitrust law.
- **Lead depositions, witness prep, and interviews** with the confidence that comes from deep experience.
- **Advise clients on compliance** related to product pricing, distribution, and competitive strategy.
- **Work in a hybrid setting** (DC or NYC), with a team that values mentorship and hands-on training.

**What You Bring**
You’re not just an associate—you’re a builder. You have:

- **3–5 years of antitrust experience** at the DOJ Antitrust Division, FTC, an active state AG antitrust bureau, or a top law firm handling DOJ/FTC matters and civil antitrust litigation.
- **A proven track record** in drafting persuasive briefs, conducting insightful research, and managing discovery.
- **Deposition and witness prep experience**—telecom or internet sector knowledge is a strong plus.
- **A JD from a top 50 law school** and active, good-standing membership in the DC or New York Bar (depending on office).
- **Prior experience at an AmLaw 200 firm**—you know the pace, the stakes, and the standards.

**Compensation & Benefits**
We believe in rewarding excellence. Your base salary will range from **$260,000 to $365,000**, plus bonus.
