**What You’ll Do**
You’ll take the reins on a caseload from start to finish—drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery responses, then arguing dispositive motions in court. You’ll independently take and defend fact witness and expert depositions, attend hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials, and prepare detailed status reports for insurers. Collaboration is key: you’ll work closely with partners and senior attorneys to shape litigation strategy, but you’ll also have the autonomy to make decisions and move cases forward. ADR proceedings? Yes—you’ll handle those too, ensuring every avenue is explored before trial.

**What You Bring**
- A J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school and active New York State Bar membership
- 5+ years of experience defending Automobile and Premises Liability cases in New York
- Proven ability to draft and argue dispositive motions with confidence
- Sharp legal research, writing, analytical, and advocacy skills
- Experience responding to discovery requests and managing complex litigation files
- Independence in taking and defending depositions
- Prior ADR experience, including arbitrations and mediations
- A balance of self-direction and team spirit—you thrive both alone and in a collaborative setting
