**What You’ll Do**
You’ll own the mechanical health of our production floor. That means diving into mixers, blenders, ovens, baggers, wrappers, case erectors, sealers, and conveyors—diagnosing issues before they become downtime. You’ll troubleshoot and repair mechanical failures on food processing and packaging equipment, swapping out motors, switches, pipes, and electrical components as needed. When a machine needs a full rebuild, you’ll dismantle, reassemble, and fine-tune it using hand and power tools.

Preventative maintenance is your secret weapon. You’ll follow detailed schedules to keep equipment reliable, minimize unplanned stops, and extend machine life. You’ll also be the go-to person for technical support—helping operators solve problems on the fly and suggesting improvements that boost efficiency. Safety isn’t just a checklist; it’s how we work. You’ll follow all protocols, participate in safety meetings, and bring your ideas to the table for continuous improvement.

**What You Bring**
- An AAS degree in a related field or a maintenance certification—or at least 4 years of hands-on maintenance training and experience.
- 2+ years of mechanical maintenance in a food, beverage, or similar manufacturing environment.
- Real, proven skill with mechanical systems: hydraulics, pneumatics, pumps, valves, belts, chains, sprockets, bearings, pulleys, gearboxes, and conveyors.
- A self-starter attitude—you’re energetic, punctual, and motivated to solve problems without being told.
