**Your Mission: Oracle Database & Applications (EBS) Administrator**
In this highly visible role, you will own the administration, optimization, and reliability of our mission-critical Oracle environment. You’ll join a collaborative IT team where your work directly influences the success of a large network of member organizations across the United States.
Your core responsibilities will include:
* Administering and supporting Oracle 19c RAC databases and Oracle EBS 12.1/12.2 applications (including HR, Financials, and Payroll), ensuring high availability, performance, and reliability.
* Proactively monitoring, tuning, and troubleshooting the database and application stack to prevent issues and optimize performance.
* Supporting the underlying Linux-based infrastructure in our enterprise environment.
* Collaborating with infrastructure and applications teams on patches, upgrades, and new implementations.
* Contributing to strategic evaluations of modernization opportunities, including cloud capabilities and automation initiatives.
**What You Bring**
* A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience administering Oracle RAC databases and Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) applications in a large-scale, multi-terabyte environment.
* Deep technical proficiency with Oracle 19c RAC and EBS 12.1 or 12.2.
* Strong experience with Linux/Unix operating systems.
* A proactive, problem-solving mindset focused on system performance, availability, and security.
* Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
