**What You’ll Do**
You’ll be the creative force behind campaigns that span print, digital, and large-scale environments. Your work will show up everywhere: brochures, flyers, print ads, catalogs, trade-show graphics, and digital assets. You’ll stay true to established brand guidelines while constantly pushing creative boundaries—because “good enough” isn’t in your vocabulary.
Since HQ operates as an umbrella over several companies, you’ll master the art of maintaining a cohesive brand identity while adapting designs for different business units. That means one day you’re designing for a manufacturing division, the next for a retail arm—and each piece must feel both on-brand and uniquely tailored.
**What You Bring**
- **2+ years of experience** (we value real-world chops over a specific number)
- A **Bachelor’s in Graphic Design, Fine Art, Marketing, or related field** (an AA degree also works)
- A **portfolio** that shows you can think conceptually and execute beautifully—print and digital
- Deep fluency in **Adobe Creative Cloud** (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator are non-negotiable)
- Solid skills in **Google Docs and Microsoft Office** (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- A pulse on **social media trends** and how to design for different platforms

**Compensation & Perks**
