**Location:** Remote (Must be based in the Mid-West, USA)
**Compensation:** $70,000 - $104,000 base salary + commission (65/35 split)

**Your Mission**

You will develop and execute strategies to increase sales through the dealer channel and with end users. As the primary relationship owner, you’ll foster the crucial link between our client and their assigned dealers. Your week will be dynamic: one day you’re presenting ROI and technical workflows to Fortune 500 C-suite executives, and the next you’re on the ground assisting dealers with complex hardware and software solutions.

Your core responsibilities include:
* Managing dealer accounts, territories, and marketing program implementation.
* Conducting high-level sales calls and providing proposal development and bid support.
* Coordinating product launches and equipment/software updates with your channel partners.
* Assisting with technical analysis and recommending tailored imaging solutions.
* Representing the brand at key events and tradeshows.

**What You Bring**

You are a consultative seller with a technician’s mind. You’re comfortable in a boardroom and a server room, and you know how to build trust at every level.

**Required Qualifications:**
* A Bachelor’s degree is required.
* 3+ years of related experience, specifically in the copier/A3 market.
* Proven B2B sales experience, preferably within a copier dealer or manufacturer environment.
* CompTIA CDIA/CDIA+ and Network+ Certifications.
* Willingness and ability to travel over 75% of the time within your Mid-West territory.

**Ideal candidates will also have:**
* Sales certifications in the 6 core Skill-Soft areas: Professional Selling, Field Sales, Territorial Account Sales, Opportunity Development, Strategic Account Sales, and Sales Communication Techniques.
* The innate ability to translate complex technical details into compelling business value.
