**Your Mission: Drive Growth & Build Relationships**
You will be the vital link between our market-leading products and our dealer network. Your core mission is to build a robust pipeline and drive revenue by engaging both new and existing customers. On a typical day, you’ll pivot between strategic outreach and responsive support, managing the full sales cycle for your territory.
Your key responsibilities include:
* Generating new leads and prospecting for new dealers to create a consistent pipeline of quotes and build new business.
* Maintaining and developing our existing dealer base through trusted, proactive relationship management.
* Answering inbound calls to advise customers on products and orders, while making strategic outbound calls to your assigned and prospective dealers.
* Analyzing business cycles to identify needs, creating persuasive sales proposals, and skillfully overcoming objections.
* Meticulously tracking all activities—contacts, leads, opportunities, quotes, and communications—within our CRM system.
* Preparing sales reports, territory forecasts, and market analysis to guide strategy.
* Achieving and exceeding your assigned quarterly and annual sales quota goals.
**You Bring the Drive, We Provide the Path**
We’re looking for a results-driven professional with at least 1+ year of experience in a phone-based sales or customer-facing role. You bring a competitive spirit and a passion for building genuine business relationships. An associate or bachelor’s degree is preferred, but equivalent work experience is just as valuable. Experience in manufacturing or a call-center environment is a strong plus.
To excel, you’ll need:
* Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams.
* The ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with both internal teams and external contacts at all levels.
* Bilingual skills in Spanish are a significant advantage.
**Compensation & Commitment**
This role offers a solid base salary of $60,000 per year, plus a commission structure designed to reward your success. Your On-Target Earnings (OTE) are $80,000 annually. We are invested in your growth and provide the tools, training, and partnership with senior sales leaders to help y
