**What You’ll Do**
You’ll be the expert in the room when it comes to breathing. Under the guidance of Respiratory Care Management, you’ll provide routine, emergent, and critical respiratory care to patients across your assigned unit. That means:

- Administering respiratory treatments and medications with precision and compassion
- Managing and maintaining ventilators and other life-support equipment
- Responding to emergent respiratory situations—calmly, quickly, and effectively
- Collaborating with physicians and the care team to build and adjust patient care plans
- Documenting every treatment and patient progress accurately, because details matter

**What You Bring**
You’re not just qualified—you’re ready. Here’s what we need from you on day one:

- A degree in Respiratory Therapy from an accredited college
- A valid Respiratory Care Practitioner License (current upon hire)
- Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
- Experience in an acute care setting (routine and critical)

And within your first 90 days, you’ll need to have your **ACLS** and **PALS** certifications (both from AHA) in hand. We’ll support you in getting there if you’re close.
