**Your Mission**
You’ll own the full cycle of business development—from identifying high-potential accounts to crafting entry strategies, running prospecting campaigns, and building deep relationships with key decision-makers. You’ll listen to what keeps their CEOs up at night, then collaborate with a team of subject matter experts to design and execute solutions that hit their biggest business objectives. This isn’t about cold calls and hope—it’s about strategic, consultative selling.
**What You’ll Do**
- Identify and prioritize target accounts within the Fortune 1000, then develop a tailored approach for each.
- Lead the prospecting charge—cold outreach, warm introductions, and everything in between.
- Build relationships that go beyond the handshake; you’ll understand their business strategies inside and out.
- Partner with internal experts to design custom solutions (think employee engagement, loyalty programs, sales incentives, and channel partner initiatives).
- Manage complex, high-stakes sales cycles that can span 3 to 12 months.
- Close deals worth $250K+ and keep the pipeline full.
**What You Bring**
- 10+ years of direct B2B sales experience calling on Fortune 1000 companies.
- A proven track record in new business development—specifically selling professional services.
- Experience closing large-volume deals ($250K+ per sale).
- Comfort navigating long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
- A stable career history (no more than 3 jobs in the last 10 years).
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- A results-driven mindset—your compensation is built on base salary plus highly leveraged commissions and bonuses tied to fiscal year revenue and profitability.
**Compensation & Location**
- Base salary: **$140,000**
- Uncapped commission and bonus potential
- Hybrid role: **3 days per week in our Morristown, NJ office**
- Must live in greater North/Central New Jersey
