Our client, a prestigious global law firm with a century-long legacy, is seeking a talented restructuring associate to join their collaborative Insolvency & Restructuring team in Midtown Manhattan. This is your chance to dive into challenging Chapter 11 proceedings and cross-border restructurings from the heart of New York’s legal scene, within a hybrid work environment that values both teamwork and professional growth.

**Your Role & Impact**

You will be a core member of high-performing teams, representing a diverse clientele that includes debtors, creditor committees, secured lenders, and asset purchasers. Your work will be anything but routine, involving intricate in-court and out-of-court restructurings. We’re looking for someone who thrives on managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting and is eager to collaborate with attorneys across the firm’s practices.

To excel here, you bring:
* A solid foundation of 2–4 years of restructuring experience at an AmLaw 200 firm.
* A Juris Doctor degree from a top 50 accredited law school and admission to the New York Bar in good standing.
* A proven track record of high academic and professional achievement, paired with exceptional research, analytical, and writing skills.
* Strong interpersonal and communication abilities. Deposition and trial preparation experience is a valuable plus.

**What You Can Expect**

This role offers a competitive annual salary range of $235,000 - $310,000, plus bonus eligibility, commensurate with your experience.
