**Your Mission:**
As our Senior Contracts Manager, you will be the central point for the negotiation, preparation, and stewardship of our most critical customer and government contracts. You’ll partner closely with Contracts leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure every agreement is strategically sound, compliant, and aligned with our business goals. You will own the contract lifecycle, from proposal to closeout, safeguarding the company while building strong partnerships.
**What You’ll Do:**
* Lead the review and negotiation of contract terms, including specifications, pricing, schedules, and key provisions.
* Prepare and support proposals for major contracts and new business opportunities.
* Ensure all contracts and activities comply with applicable laws (including FAR/DFARS), regulations, and internal policies.
* Proactively identify, resolve, and mitigate contractual risks and non-compliance issues throughout execution.
* Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of existing contracts, ensuring ongoing obligations are met.
* Collaborate seamlessly with Accounting, Property Management, and Program Management teams to support flawless contract closeouts.
* Develop and support contract negotiation strategies that balance legal compliance with business objectives.
**You Bring:**
* U.S. Citizenship and the ability to obtain a U.S. security clearance.
* A Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in contracts administration or management.
* A strong, practical understanding of contract terms, conditions, and legal concepts.
* Working knowledge of FAR and DFARS regulations.
* Experience with EAR and ITAR export controls.
* The precision of a strategist and the communication skills of a trusted advisor.

* Direct experience with government or defense-related contracts.
**Location & Compensation:**
This is a full-time, direct-hire position based in beautiful Boulder, Colorado. The salary range is $100,000 - $150,000 per year, reflecting the experience and critical skills you bring. The role is primarily office-based during standard business hours, with occasional additional hours to meet project needs. No regular travel is required.
