We’re looking for a strategic Account Manager to own and grow the Ohio territory, connecting our innovative technology with the OEMs and panel builders who are shaping the future of manufacturing.

**Your Mission**

As our new Account Manager based in Atlanta, you will be the driving force behind our growth in Ohio. You’ll develop new business and deepen relationships with key OEMs, panel builders, and distribution partners. This means you won’t just manage accounts; you’ll act as a consultant, identifying customer challenges and presenting technical solutions that drive real value. You’ll collaborate closely with our inside sales and product management teams to execute a cohesive strategy, ensuring we not only meet but exceed our ambitious goals.

Your core responsibilities will include:
* Hunting for and developing new business opportunities with OEM customers across the territory.
* Nurturing and expanding relationships with our existing strategic accounts.
* Achieving and surpassing your territory sales and revenue targets.
* Representing our brand at industry trade shows and technical events.
* Maintaining a sharp, accurate sales pipeline and forecast through diligent reporting.

**You Bring**

A proven track record in B2B technical sales, ideally within industrial automation, electronic components, or a closely related field. You’re fluent in the language of automation components like sensors, relays, switching devices, and control systems. You thrive on building lasting relationships with engineers, procurement teams, and executives at OEMs and panel builders.

We’re looking for a self-driven problem-solver with excellent communication and presentation skills. You’re as comfortable discussing technical specifications as you are negotiating commercial terms. A degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field is a strong plus, as is hands-on experience with CRM and ERP systems.

**Location & Compensation**

This is a remote role, but you must be located in or near **Atlanta, Georgia**, as it serves as your home base for travel within the Ohio territory. We offer a competitive base salary of **$100,000 - $110,000 per year**, plus a full benefits package and incentive plan that rewards your success.
