**Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept**
You’ll take the reins on projects 100 MW and larger—managing everything from early engineering and procurement through construction, commissioning, and handover. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role where your decisions shape timelines, budgets, and team culture. You’ll be the central hub for clients, contractors, regulators, and internal teams, translating competing priorities into a clear, executable plan.

**What You’ll Actually Do**
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of major utility-scale solar, wind, and BESS projects—on time, on budget, and safely.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, investors, regulatory agencies, and community stakeholders.
- Develop and own comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource strategies.
- Motivate and manage cross-functional teams across engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
- Maintain full financial oversight: control costs, run analyses, and drive profitability without cutting corners.
- Identify risks early and build mitigation plans that keep projects moving.
- Navigate permitting, licensing, and regulatory approvals while ensuring compliance with environmental and safety standards.
- Build lasting relationships with clients, local communities, and business partners.
- Champion a culture of safety, quality, and environmental responsibility at every phase.
- Deliver clear, timely progress reports to senior leadership and key stakeholders.

**What You Bring**
- **7+ years** of project management experience, with at least **5 years** leading utility-scale renewable energy projects (solar, wind, or storage).
- A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Renewable Energy, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- A proven track record of delivering large EPC projects on time and within budget.
- Strong technical knowledge of solar PV, BESS, and wind systems.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
- A strategic, results-driven mindset with a passion for clean energy.

**Compensation & Location**
- **$120,000 – $150,000 per year**
