This is a direct-hire, onsite role with a competitive salary of $65,000 - $75,000 per year and benefits, including relocation assistance.

**What You’ll Do:**

You will take ownership of the PCB layout process from start to finish. Your primary mission is to design and test circuit layouts that meet rigorous electrical and physical specifications for vital electronic components. A typical day involves collaborating closely with hardware engineers to interpret requirements, then transforming those needs into flawless, manufacturable designs.

Your core responsibilities include:
- Performing high-quality PCB layout and managing library components in Altium and PADS.
- Leading PCB layout reviews with design and engineering teams to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Creating and maintaining all essential documentation—schematics, bills of materials, and fabrication/assembly instructions.
- Verifying layouts through testing to guarantee functionality.
- Serving as the point of contact for suppliers, fielding questions on Gerber data, BoMs, and schematics.

**You Bring the Following:**

- An Associate’s degree (AA) and 2-3 years of related experience or training in a manufacturing environment. Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.
- Proficiency with essential tools: Altium and PADS for design, plus spreadsheet, word processing, and internet software.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality that ensures every layout is accurate and reliable.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, allowing you to collaborate effectively and document meticulously.
- U.S. citizenship is required for this role.
