**Your Role: A Strategic Partner in Innovation**
You will be a vital technical expert, working directly with inventors and alongside our attorneys. Your days will be dynamic, involving deep client collaboration to uncover patentable inventions and providing the scientific foundation for our legal strategies. You will dive into the details of cutting-edge research in organic chemistry, molecular biology, or cellular biology to draft and prosecute patent applications that stand up to global scrutiny. Your work will also include conducting patent searches and analyses, and providing crucial technical support for complex IP transactions.

**What You Bring**
A Ph.D. in organic chemistry, molecular biology, or cellular biology is essential. You combine this advanced scientific training with 2+ years of relevant experience and a passion for the law. Your strength lies in translating complex science into clear, persuasive language. We’re looking for a professional with outstanding analytical and organizational skills, a meticulous writer, and a collaborative team player who excels in client-facing situations.

**Compensation & Benefits**
We invest in our people. This position offers a base salary range of $145,000 to $215,000, commensurate with your experience, plus a performance bonus and a comprehensive benefits package designed to support you and your eligible dependents. This includes:
