# Pharmacy Manager – Home Infusion

We're a closed-door home infusion pharmacy in Panama City, Florida, and we don't do vaccines or controlled substances. Instead, you'll step into a role where your clinical expertise meets genuine human connection. You'll manage complex therapies for patients receiving IVIG, Biologics, and Alpha-1 treatments—all from the comfort of their homes. ## What You'll Do

You'll own the clinical and operational side of patient care. That means reviewing charts and lab results for patients on specialized infusion therapy, then translating that data into real conversations. You'll talk regularly with patients and caregivers—answering questions, gathering updates, and building the kind of trust that makes a difference in someone's recovery. When something shifts, you'll coordinate with physicians, case managers, and nursing staff to adjust course.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Building strong, one-on-one relationships with patients as they recover or receive routine treatments, and supporting remote patients on a consistent schedule
- Participating in patient evaluation and chart review for acceptance, product selection, device choice, and supply management
- Collecting, interpreting, and evaluating every physician medication order for therapeutic appropriateness, cost effectiveness, accuracy, safety, and completeness
- Monitoring patient progress and assessment results, then communicating clinical and technical information to physicians and the healthcare team (most patient contact is by phone, with occasional in-person visits)
- Accurately compounding and checking sterile products
- Setting up and directing home infusion nurses and home health staff in the infusion process
- Ensuring the accuracy of all pharmacy deliveries
- Communicating with staff on patient information and insurance details
- Maintaining pharmacy inventory and organization

## What You Bring

You have at least **3 years of pharmacist experience** (the job requires 1+ years, but we're looking for someone with solid footing). More importantly, you bring deep compassion and sensitivity—the kind it takes to support patients receiving infusion therapy in their own homes. You're clinically sharp, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a closed-door setting.

- **Schedule:** Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM
- **Location:** In-person at our Panama City pharmacy
- **Compensation:** $110,000 – $130,000 per year
