**About This Opportunity**
This isn’t a CNC gig. There’s no automation, no screens to babysit, and no one holding your hand. We’re looking for a Maintenance Millwright who knows how to read a worn-out part, fire up a manual Bridgeport, and get a production line back in the fight. A long-tenured machinist just retired, and we need someone who can step in and own the work without a lot of fuss. If you’d rather turn a dial than punch a code, this is your spot.

**What You’ll Do**
You’ll be the go-to for mechanical repairs inside a facility that runs older, custom-built equipment. That means you’ll:
- Use manual Bridgeport mills and lathes to fabricate and repair production components from scratch
- Diagnose mechanical failures on presses, roll formers, and other industrial machinery — sometimes with no manual, just your instincts
- Reverse engineer broken or worn parts when drawings don’t exist
- Keep the tool room and machining area organized and ready for anything
- Work shoulder-to-shoulder with a maintenance crew, and step up fast when equipment goes down

**What You Bring**
You’ve got at least two years of hands-on experience running manual machine tools in a production or fabrication environment. You’re comfortable on mills and lathes without relying on CNC or automated setups. You have strong mechanical instincts — especially on equipment that doesn’t come with a manual anymore. You can work from a worn part, a rough sketch, or a formal drawing. You make decisions independently and don’t need someone looking over your shoulder. You’re steady, dependable, and not looking for drama.
