**Your Mission**

You will be the driving force behind our store’s success, managing the total operation and leading a team of 40+. Your primary goal is to create a place where guests feel genuinely welcomed and leave impressed by our consistent quality. You’ll own the P&L, making strategic decisions that impact our bottom line. This means diving into the details—from controlling costs and managing inventory to spearheading local store marketing initiatives that build sales and foster loyal, repeat business. You’ll be our brand ambassador, teaching and embodying a standard of excellence in everything from customer service to store sanitation.

**A Day in Your Role**

* Leading from the front, you’ll coach and develop your team, fostering a culture of motivation and accountability.
* You’ll master our systems for scheduling, food ordering, and cash management to ensure smooth, efficient daily operations.
* Analyzing financial reports and P&L statements will be second nature as you identify opportunities and build action plans to meet budgets and boost profitability.
* You’ll roll up your sleeves to ensure impeccable food safety and store cleanliness, holding a current ServSafe certification.
* Your creative ideas for local promotions and community engagement will be key to driving sales and strengthening our local presence.

**What You Bring**

* A proven track record of at least 3 years as a General Manager in a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) environment.
* Hands-on experience in all facets of restaurant leadership: hiring, developing teams, scheduling, productivity, inventory ordering, sanitation, cash handling, and P&L management.
* A genuine passion for building sales through promotions, local marketing, and, most importantly, delivering exceptional customer service.
* A ServSafe certification and the flexibility to work a 5-day, 10-hour shift schedule.

**What We Offer**

* **Compensation:** A competitive annual salary of $70,000 - $75,000.
* **Bonus & Profit Sharing:** Earn a monthly bonus and participate in an annual profit-sharing plan (1% of profits).
