**Your Mission: Senior Accountant / Assistant Controller**

You will be the cornerstone of our day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency from payables to receivables. This is a hands-on role where you'll take ownership of the full-cycle accounting process while building a partnership with leadership to support broader financial goals.

Your key responsibilities will include:
* Managing the accounts payable lifecycle: researching and coding vendor invoices, processing payments, and serving as the main point of contact for vendor inquiries.
* Owning the billing process: preparing and issuing client invoices, investigating and resolving any billing discrepancies, and recording cash receipts.
* Maintaining financial integrity: performing account reconciliations (including corporate credit cards), tracking expenses, and entering necessary financial adjustments.
* Providing crucial support: assisting the Controller with month-end close, financial reporting, and special projects, while also offering occasional administrative phone support.

**You Bring the Following**

* A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent professional experience (5+ years).
* Proven experience in accounting, specifically with accounts payable, billing, or receivables.
* A legendary attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.
* The ability to self-manage, meet deadlines, and juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
* A proactive, customer-service mindset—whether the "customer" is a vendor, a client, or your internal team.

**Location & Compensation**
