**What You’ll Do**
You’ll be the bridge between our company and a portfolio of key accounts—the person they trust, the one who makes things happen. Your days will be a mix of big-picture strategy and hands-on problem-solving. Here’s a closer look:

- **Own the relationship.** You’ll serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day operations, ensuring communication flows seamlessly between both teams. You’ll champion the customer’s needs while keeping our company’s best interests front and center.
- **Dig into the data.** You’ll analyze product sales within your accounts to uncover opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and introducing new products. When you spot a trend—good or bad—you’ll act on it.
- **Drive strategic growth.** You’ll develop and execute account plans that align with our company objectives, from managing special pricing to identifying underperforming products and turning them around. Revenue growth and profitability? That’s your north star.
- **Facilitate big conversations.** You’ll conduct on-site annual business reviews with each account, assessing progress and setting bold goals for the year ahead. You’ll also keep a pulse on your customers’ business—tracking sales trends, management shifts, and organizational changes—and report those insights internally.
- **Sell with purpose.** This isn’t about pushing products; it’s about consultative selling. You’ll build strong, lasting relationships with key stakeholders, earning their trust through expertise and genuine partnership.

- **3+ years** of experience in key account management or a similar client-facing role, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth.
