**What You’ll Do**
You’ll own the strategic marketing plan for our specialty infusion business in Savannah, turning leads into partnerships and partnerships into lasting growth. Your days will be a mix of relationship-building, data-driven planning, and on-the-ground hustle. Specifically, you will:
- Develop and nurture new accounts while deepening relationships with existing referral sources—think hospitals, clinics, and physician practices.
- Use tools like Trella to identify high-potential accounts, document your call cycle, and maximize every referral opportunity.
- Partner with pharmaceutical counterparts to create collaborative, win-win relationships that expand our reach.
- Stay current on disease states and the specialty infusion drug landscape—your expertise will set you apart.
- Understand payer dynamics, benefit investigations, and profitability, working closely with your Pharmacy Manager (PIC) and Intake team to ensure every referral moves smoothly.
- Meet or exceed net revenue goals by growing current business and uncovering new opportunities.
- Communicate consistently with the pharmacy team, intake specialists, prior authorization experts, patients (when needed), and referral sources to keep every referral on track.
- Keep your operational house in order: provider spreadsheets, referral logs, marketing budgets, expense reports, collateral inventory, and Trella reporting.
- Master software platforms including Trella, Trillian, Books, Systems, Central Line, Microsoft, and Care Tend.
- Distribute provider spreadsheets to all relevant referral sources, and collect competitive intel to help leadership stay ahead.
- Complete weekly expense reports via the American Express app—upload receipts and note details.
**What You Bring**
You have at least one year of sales experience (healthcare or infusion is a plus) and a driver’s license that’s ready for the road. You’re comfortable with data, curious about the science behind infusion therapies, and skilled at building trust with busy clinicians. You thrive on autonomy but know when to loop in your team. And you’re organized enough to juggle spreadsheets, call cycles, and expense reports without dropping the ball.
