# Restaurant General Manager – Quick Serve

As the General Manager of a 10-store national burger brand franchise (with locations across NY, MD, PA, and NJ), you’ll lead a team of 40+ people who take pride in making every guest feel at home. This isn’t just about running a restaurant—it’s about building a place where people want to work, eat, and return to again and again.

## What You’ll Do

You’ll own the entire operation. That means you’re the captain of the ship—from the grill to the front counter, from the schedule to the bottom line. Your days will be a mix of big-picture strategy and hands-on leadership.

**Lead and inspire.** You’ll hire, train, and motivate a team that’s passionate about quality and service. You’ll teach them what “going the extra mile” really looks like—and you’ll model it yourself.

**Master the numbers.** You’ll manage the P&L with smart planning and sharp expense control. You’ll read budgets like a roadmap, manage cash, and make decisions that drive profitability without sacrificing the guest experience.

**Drive growth.** You’ll be the brand ambassador in your community—running local store marketing, building repeat business, and launching sales promotions that get people in the door. You’ll also handle ordering, inventory, and food systems to keep everything running smoothly.

**Keep it clean and safe.** Store sanitation, ServSafe standards, and food safety are non-negotiable. You’ll ensure every shift meets the highest standards.

**Schedule smart.** You’ll work a 5-day, 10-hour schedule (flexible days) and manage team scheduling to maximize productivity and morale.

## What You Bring

- **3+ years** of QSR General Management experience, including:
- Hiring, developing, and motivating teams
- Scheduling and productivity management
- Food ordering systems and inventory control
- Cash management and P&L analysis
- Sales-building promotions and local store marketing
- Exceptional customer service leadership
- **ServSafe certification** (current or willing to obtain)
- A flexible mindset—you thrive in a fast-paced, people-first environment
