**The Role: NICU Nurse RN / Nights**
You’ll own the night in our Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, delivering specialized, evidence-based care to critically ill newborns. Every shift, you’ll:

- Provide high-level nursing interventions for neonates requiring intensive monitoring and treatment.
- Monitor vital signs, assess patient conditions, and communicate changes clearly within a multidisciplinary team.
- Administer medications and therapies tailored specifically to neonatal needs.
- Partner with families, offering education and emotional support as they navigate the NICU journey.

**What You Bring**
You’re a California-licensed RN (active and in good standing) with a degree from an accredited nursing program. You hold current BLS (AHA) and NRP (AAP) certifications. And you’ve got at least **one year of acute care nursing experience**—specifically, **one year of recent NICU experience** in an accredited hospital setting.

**The Ideal Candidate**
You’re flexible enough to work weekends and holidays as part of a comprehensive care schedule. You’re calm under pressure, quick on your feet, and deeply committed to family-centered care. If you hold a **National Certification in Neonatal Nursing (RNC-NIC)**, that’s a strong plus—but not a dealbreaker.
