**What You’ll Do**
You’ll be the face of our client in the Dallas-Fort Worth market, blending strategic prospecting with genuine client care. - **3-5 years of experience selling business services**—you’ve been in the trenches and know how to close complex deals.
- **A bachelor’s degree** that gave you a strong foundation, but your real education came from hitting—and exceeding—your goals.
- **Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software**—you use these tools to stay organized, not as a crutch.
- **A demonstrated ability to set goals and achieve them**—you don’t just talk about targets; you crush them.
- **Strong communication skills** that let you simplify complexity and build trust with every conversation.
- **Experience managing a book of business**—you know how to balance growth with retention, and you’re always thinking ahead.

**Compensation**
This role offers a base salary of **$70,000–$80,000 per year**, with an **OTE of $120,000–$150,000**—your earning potential is driven by your performance and your ability to build lasting client relationship
