**Your Mission**
As our Director of Business Development, you will be the architect of new market growth. Your primary mission is to identify high-potential target accounts within Fortune 1000 companies, develop a compelling entry strategy, and execute a tailored prospecting campaign. You’ll build deep relationships to understand a client’s critical business strategies, then collaborate with our internal subject matter experts to design and propose solutions that achieve their core objectives. This is a role for a true consultant-seller who excels at solving complex business challenges.
**What You Bring**
We’re looking for a seasoned professional with a stable career history (no more than three roles in the past ten years) and a demonstrable record of success in high-stakes B2B sales. You live in the greater Minneapolis area and are prepared for a hybrid role, working from our office at least three days per week.
Your qualifications include:
* A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
* A minimum of 10 years of direct B2B sales experience calling on Fortune 1000 companies.
* A clear, documented history of *new* business development selling professional services—this is a hunter role.
* Experience managing large-volume sales, with individual deals typically valued at $250,000 or more.
* The ability to navigate a broad range of sales cycles, from three to twelve months.
* A demonstrated track record of increasing revenue through self-generated leads.
**Your Rewards**
