**What You’ll Do:**

You will own the health and performance of our manufacturing equipment and facility. Your mission is to ensure maximum uptime and reliability through strategic planning and hands-on leadership.

Your core responsibilities will include developing and executing a world-class preventive maintenance program for our plastic molding machines and beyond. You’ll conduct regular inspections, diagnose complex issues, and coordinate repairs, retrofits, and upgrades. Scheduling maintenance to seamlessly align with production demands—minimizing disruption—will be a key part of your rhythm.

You’ll provide direct leadership and supervision to our maintenance team, coordinating their work and fostering a culture of excellence and safety. On the strategic side, you’ll develop and manage the maintenance budget, collaborate on spare parts inventory, and recommend equipment improvements for long-term gains. Ensuring consistent compliance with all city, county, and state regulations is fundamental.

**You Bring:**

* An Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
* At least 8 years of hands-on experience as a maintenance technician, with at least 5 years in a leadership or supervisory role within a manufacturing environment.
* A proven track record of prioritizing work in a fast-paced setting and meeting strict deadlines.
* Exceptional leadership and team-building skills, coupled with excellent analytical and innovative problem-solving abilities.
* Strong communication skills, with the capacity to listen, negotiate, and present effectively.

**Compensation & Details:**
We offer a competitive salary range of **$96,000 - $125,000 per year**, commensurate with your experience. This is a full-time, on-site leadership position in Indianapolis, Indiana, where you’ll be instrumental in driving our operational success.
