If you’re a senior tax professional who craves meaningful client relationships, enjoys untangling complex tax puzzles, and wants to build something lasting—this is your next chapter.
## What You’ll Do
You’ll own the full tax engagement lifecycle, from review to resolution. You’ll lead teams through busy seasons with clarity and calm, and you’ll be the trusted advisor clients turn to for strategic guidance—not just compliance.

- Manage the entire tax return process, identifying and resolving complex issues before they become problems
- Apply deep knowledge of corporation and partnership accounting and tax concepts to real-world client scenarios
- Lead, mentor, and develop staff accountants—helping them grow while keeping deadlines and priorities on track
- Juggle multiple tax engagements simultaneously, working both independently and collaboratively
- Spot opportunities to expand services for existing clients and bring new ones into the fold
- Handle engagement economics: budgeting, billing, and overall profitability
You’ll serve as a proactive, trusted partner—not just a preparer. Your clients will rely on you for insight, not just answers.

## Why This Role Stands Out
This practice is one of the firm’s fastest-growing groups—and you’ll have real ownership from day one. You’ll work with family-owned businesses, closely held enterprises, and high-net-worth individuals who value your judgment. The culture rewards entrepreneurial thinking: you’re encouraged to understand clients’ businesses, personal goals, and long-term visions deeply. It’s collaborative, accountable, and high-performance—without the burnout.
If you’re ready to lead, advise, and grow—not just process returns—this is your opportunity.
