You won’t work in a silo; you’ll collaborate with a talented team of process, project, controls, and reliability engineers, making tangible improvements every day.

**A Day in Your Role:**

* Analyze equipment performance and failure data to identify and eliminate root causes.
* Develop and optimize predictive maintenance (PdM) and preventive maintenance (PM) strategies to maximize uptime and asset life.
* Lead and facilitate Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Failure Mode & Effects Analysis (FMEA) for critical equipment.
* Partner with operations and maintenance teams to implement reliability-centered maintenance principles.
* Use your expertise to recommend design improvements for new and existing equipment.

**You Bring:**

* A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
* 3+ years of hands-on maintenance and reliability engineering experience within chemicals, food, pharmaceuticals, or a closely related PSM environment.
* Practical experience with rotating equipment is essential.
* A proactive, highly motivated mindset and the strong communication skills needed to influence teams and drive projects.
* Exposure to FMEA, RCA, EHS standards, SAP, and Predictive Maintenance technologies is a significant advantage.
