**Electrical Engineer (RF) – Rochester, NY**

Here, you’ll be the technical detective, diving into the most challenging hardware issues to diagnose, simulate, and implement solutions that get critical technology back on mission. **What You Will Do:**
You will investigate a wide spectrum of hardware challenges, from RF/analog and digital circuits to assembly, SMT, and test system issues. Your days will be spent collaborating across multifunctional teams to isolate problems down to the component level. You’ll determine solutions through hands-on experimentation and simulation, then drive the implementation of corrective actions. Key responsibilities include designing and conducting engineering tests, analyzing results, and utilizing tools like ADS and Matlab for circuit design and analysis. Your hardware troubleshooting skills will be central to diagnosing and resolving complex issues.

**You Bring:**
* A Bachelor’s Degree with at least 6 years of relevant experience, a Graduate Degree with 4+ years, or 10+ years of direct RF experience in lieu of a degree.
* A minimum of 4 years of hands-on RF experience.
* Proven ability to troubleshoot hardware, with a strong focus on analog and RF components and circuits.
* The skill to work independently with general supervision, taking ownership of technical investigations.
* Experience designing and analyzing circuits using tools like ADS and Matlab.

**Preferred Skills That Will Make You Stand Out:**
* An Electrical Engineering degree.
* Direct experience with tactical Radio and Power Amplifier hardware.
* A proven track record of troubleshooting electronics down to the component level.
* Working knowledge of LabVIEW and Jira.

**Compensation & Details:**
This is a direct-hire position in Rochester, New York, offering a competitive salary range of **$100,000 - $165,000 per year**, plus a comprehensive benefits package. Please note that U.S. Citizenship is required for this role.
