**Your Role: Physical Therapist**

You will be the cornerstone of patient recovery, providing compassionate and skilled care across both outpatient and inpatient settings. This position is approximately 80% outpatient and 20% inpatient, offering a dynamic mix that keeps your practice engaged. Your core mission will be to evaluate, treat, and guide patients toward regaining their strength, mobility, and independence.

A typical day involves:
* Managing a fulfilling caseload of 8-12 patients with diverse needs, including orthopedics, general rehabilitation, and outpatient therapy.
* Developing and executing personalized treatment plans to enhance strength, flexibility, range of motion, and motor control while reducing pain and swelling.
* Providing supervision and guidance to Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) and students, fostering a collaborative learning environment.
* Contributing to departmental excellence through performance improvement initiatives and infection prevention protocols.

**You Bring:**

* A current Physical Therapist license in the State of Ohio.
* At least 1+ year of experience as a Physical Therapist.
* A passion for patient-centered care; prior pediatric experience is a welcomed plus.
* BLS certification (or the commitment to obtain it within 30 days of employment).
