Manufacturing Engineer
📍 Warrendale, Pennsylvania
đź’° $70,000 - $85,000
🏢 Full Time
**About This Opportunity**
This isn’t just another manufacturing role—it’s a chance to shape the future of a fast-growing, state-of-the-art processing facility that’s doubling in size by 2026. Based in Warrendale, Pennsylvania, with European roots, this environment is built for someone who thrives on momentum, curiosity, and real impact. If you’re the kind of engineer who sees a process and immediately thinks, “How can we make this better?”—you’ll fit right in.
**What You’ll Do**
You’ll be the driving force behind continuous improvement, using Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Six Sigma, and Kaizen events to refine every step of production. This isn’t about theory—it’s about rolling up your sleeves and making changes that stick. You’ll lead projects that reduce waste, improve flow, and boost quality, all while collaborating with a team that’s hungry for results.
Beyond the production floor, you’ll also take ownership of facility infrastructure. That means identifying maintenance issues—both inside and outside the building—and coordinating with outside contractors to resolve them. Whether it’s a leaky roof, a HVAC hiccup, or a layout change to support growth, you’ll be the person who keeps the plant running smoothly.
**What You Bring**
- **2–4 years of experience** in a manufacturing engineering role, with a strong focus on lean principles.
- A degree in **Industrial or Mechanical Engineering** (or equivalent hands-on experience).
- A **project management mindset**—you know how to scope, schedule, and deliver.
- Curiosity that drives you to ask “why” and assertiveness to push for change.
- A hunger to grow with a company that’s scaling fast—you’re not just filling a seat; you’re building something.
**Why This Role Stands Out**
- **Compensation:** $70,000–$85,000 per year, based on experience.
- **Growth trajectory:** This facility is doubling in size next year—your contributions will directly shape its future.
- **Autonomy:** You’ll own projects from start to finish, with the support of a global team behind you.
- **Variety:** One day you’re leading a Kaizen event; the next, you’re coordinating a facility upgrade. No two days are the same.
**Who You Are**
You don’t wait for instructions—you see opportunities and act. You’re comfortable working with contractors, challenging the status quo, and juggling multiple priorities. You’re the person who makes a plant not just run, but run better.
