**Your Mission**
As our Account Manager in Raleigh, you’ll be the face of our brand in the Ohio market. Your job? Develop new business, deepen relationships with strategic accounts, and hit revenue targets that matter. You’ll work hand-in-hand with inside sales, product line managers, and senior leadership to uncover opportunities and close deals. Expect to:

- Hunt for new business with OEM customers across your territory—think sensors, switching devices, and industrial control solutions.
- Nurture existing key accounts, turning one-time wins into long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with Inside Sales Managers to keep account development coordinated and seamless.
- Crush your sales and revenue targets—no excuses, just results.
- Listen to customer needs, then propose technical and commercial solutions that stick.
- Represent us at trade shows, exhibitions, and technical events—your expertise will be on stage.
- Keep your pipeline, forecasts, and activity reports accurate and up-to-date (CRM is your friend here).
- Work with product management and sales leadership to position our products for maximum impact.
- Negotiate and close new business with strategic accounts—you’ll own the deal from start to finish.

**What You Bring**
You’re not just a salesperson—you’re a technical storyteller who understands automation inside out. Here’s what we’re looking for:

- Proven B2B sales experience in industrial automation or electronic components—ideally selling to OEMs, panel builders, or industrial distributors.
- Deep knowledge of automation components: sensors, relays, switching devices, and industrial control technologies. You can talk specs and solutions with engineers.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building chops—you make people want to work with you.
- Self-driven and proactive, with a knack for solving problems before they become problems.
- Comfortable in a technical sales environment—you thrive on complexity.

**Qualifications**
- A degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Automation Engineering, or a related field is preferred (but real-world experience counts too).
- Experience with CRM systems, ERP tools, and Microsoft Office—you’re organized and data-savvy.
