**What You’ll Do**
You’ll own the whole operation. That means leading your team of 40+ to deliver standout product quality and genuine hospitality—every shift, every guest. You’ll manage the P&L with smart planning and expense control, making decisions that directly impact your store’s bottom line. You’ll also be the face of the brand in your community, driving local marketing initiatives that build repeat business and turn your store into a neighborhood staple.

Your day-to-day will include:
- Hiring, developing, and motivating your team—teaching them what great service looks like and holding them to it
- Scheduling for productivity, managing cash, and keeping the store spotless (ServSafe certification required)
- Ordering food and supplies, reading budgets, and using P&L data to make real-time adjustments
- Running sales-building promotions and local store marketing that actually move the needle
- Working a flexible 5-day, 10-hour shift schedule—because you know the busiest times are when your team needs you most

**What You Bring**
You’ve got at least 3 years of General Manager experience in QSR, and you’ve done it all: hiring, training, scheduling, food ordering, sanitation, cash management, and hitting P&L targets. You know how to build a team that’s motivated to go the extra mile, and you’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves alongside them. ServSafe certification is a must.

**Compensation & Perks**
- **Salary:** $75,000–$85,000 per year
- **Monthly bonus** paid out every month
- **Profit sharing:** 1% of store profits paid annually
