You will step into a vital role within our state-of-the-art rehab department, equipped with modern technology and computerized documentation (Epic). Reporting to a well-respected and supportive Rehab Manager, you’ll collaborate with a fantastic team while making a profound difference in patients' lives.

**Your Impact: Key Responsibilities**
* Plan, organize, and implement structured, effective treatment plans for a diverse outpatient caseload.
* Provide both individual and group therapy to patients with a wide variety of diagnoses and presenting symptoms.
* Utilize your clinical expertise to help patients achieve their communication and swallowing goals, fostering independence and confidence.

**You Bring:**
* A Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program.
* A current Ohio license and your Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP).
* At least one year of professional experience as an SLP.
* A passion for patient-centered care and a collaborative spirit.

* **Compensation & Benefits:** A competitive annual salary ranging from $73,840 to $99,500, commensurate with your experience. You will also receive a comprehensive benefits package and sign-on/relocation assistance.
* **Schedule:** A full-time daytime schedule (between 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM) with no weekends, major holidays, or on-call requirements.
