**Who We’re Looking For**

You are a licensed Occupational Therapist with at least two years of experience, passionate about delivering exceptional, evidence-based care. You bring a current Ohio OT license and CPR certification, backed by a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program. You’re knowledgeable in treating both orthopedic and neurological conditions across the lifespan—from neonates to geriatric patients—and you find genuine reward in seeing patients achieve their maximum functional level.

**Your Impact: Key Responsibilities**

In this full-time role (Monday-Friday, 7am-5pm), you will be the cornerstone of your patients’ rehabilitation journeys. You’ll evaluate patients, interpret findings, and develop personalized plans of care for outpatient, inpatient, and acute inpatient rehabilitation settings. Your days will be dynamic: treating patients, thoughtfully re-evaluating their progress, and making timely adjustments to their therapy. You’ll demonstrate proficiency with our department-specific EMR, ensuring plans of care include evidence-based functional measures and proper treatment charging.

A key part of your role will be mentoring and supervising Certified Occupational Therapist Assistants and students, sharing your knowledge to elevate our entire team. You’ll stay knowledgeable of OT standards of practice and payer regulations, ensuring the highest quality of care.
