**Your Role: Injection Molding Maintenance Tech III**

You will be the senior technical authority on the floor, ensuring smooth operations and optimal machine integrity. Your typical shift will involve a mix of independent troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and guiding the team.

A core part of your mission is to independently identify issues with equipment and take necessary action with minimal guidance. You’ll perform preventative maintenance tasks, document all work activity in our Maximo reporting software, and meticulously follow all QWI and departmental policies.

You bring over 8 years of hands-on injection molding maintenance experience. You’re the person we turn to for your critical thinking, meticulous attention to detail, and solid organizational skills. You solve problems proactively, work brilliantly both independently and as a positive team member, and can present ideas in a clear, professional manner.

**Your Key Responsibilities:**

* Lead troubleshooting efforts on injection molding equipment and related systems.
* Work with vendors/contractors for quoting/ordering parts and ensuring quality outcomes.
* Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, implementing new methods to reduce downtime and boost maintenance efficiency.
* Mentor less senior technicians, assisting them with new skills and complex troubleshooting.
* Assist senior technicians and Engineering with project work and special projects as needed.
* Play an active role in continuous improvement activities focused on downtime reduction and reject reduction.
* Identify QC issues and collaborate with external departments to develop effective solutions.
* Participate in root cause analysis and help implement countermeasures.
* Maintain the PE2 maintenance area to our high 2S/3D standards.

* **Hourly Pay:** $35.27/hour
